Mr. Campos is living his dream of training groups and consulting clients in the areas of security practices, effective leadership, communication, diversity, conflict resolution and associated areas. He spent over twenty years working in corporate America. Working as a real estate, technology and currently as a security professional he has been responsible for leading teams across the United States, Caribbean and Latin America. He is bilingual and fluent in Spanish.
Early in his career Mr. Campos worked as a computer engineer for The Chicago Tribune and Digital Equipment Corporation. He quickly developed a reputation for not only fixing technical issues and turning around under performing teams but also for establishing strong client relationships and enduring partnerships.
His current experience as a security professional includes developing and implementing security "best practices" at a public performing arts venue. He has trained under the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) approved training curriculum and drills. He has further developed security strategies and policies based on DHS recommendations and guidelines. He continues to work on security teams alongside federal, state, municipal, private security professionals and organizations and protection agencies that include high profile protection details.
He continues to author and implement custom corporate training, and security plans and procedures for venues and private clients. He has represented organizations and institutions in the financial, education, retail and entertainment industries in both the private and public sectors.
Guillermo champions the importance of being a mentor and delivers positive, encouraging messages to a variety of groups.
Even with his active business schedule Guillermo has consistently found time to be active with charitable and not for profit groups. He is the former president of a community based 501c3 not for profit organization in his hometown of Chicago. Always one to get involved he has served on numerous committees and advisory boards for charitable, professional and trade organizations. His philanthropic ventures has raised funds for community based and national charitable organizations. Now living in Houston he is active in a variety of organizations and continues to mentor protégés and develop people.
